Requesting Deletion of Your Data
You can ask us to delete the personal data TASA Live holds about you at any time. This includes your account details, content, connected-platform data, and any other personal data described in our Privacy Policy.
To request deletion, email us at info@tasalive.co.uk with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", using the same email address associated with your TASA Live account. Include your account email and, if you have one, your account or organisation ID so we can locate your records quickly.
We will confirm receipt of your request and complete the deletion within 30 days, in line with the rights described in Section 9 of our Privacy Policy. We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request. Data we are legally required to retain (for example, transaction records for tax purposes) will be retained only for as long as the law requires, then deleted.
Deleting Data from Your Facebook Connection
If you connected a Facebook account to TASA Live to broadcast live events, you can remove that connection and the associated data in two ways.
From Facebook:go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, find "TASA Live" in your list of connected apps, and select Remove. This revokes TASA Live's access to your Facebook account immediately.
From TASA Live:disconnect the Facebook integration from your account's Settings → Integrations page, or email info@tasalive.co.uk asking us to delete the Facebook access tokens and profile data we hold for your account. We will delete this data within 30 days of your request.
Deleting Your Account Entirely
If you would like your entire TASA Live account and all associated personal data deleted, include that request in your email to info@tasalive.co.uk. We will close your account and delete your personal data, except where we are required by law to retain certain records, as described in our Privacy Policy.
