1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or otherwise using TASA Live ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your login credentials secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to broadcast or sell anything illegal, to misrepresent products, to infringe anyone else's intellectual property, or to violate the terms of any third-party platform (YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, or any other platform) you connect through the Service.
4. Connected third-party platforms
When you connect an account on YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, or another platform, you authorise TASA Live to act on your behalf for the specific actions those integrations describe (for example, creating a broadcast or reading engagement on a Page you manage). Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms of service — we don't control and aren't responsible for their policies, availability, or decisions (including account suspensions or API access changes).
5. Payments
Where TASA Live processes payments on your behalf (including via TASA Pay), you're responsible for the accuracy of your pricing, for fulfilling orders taken during a live event, and for complying with applicable consumer protection and tax law in the regions you sell into.
6. Content ownership
You retain ownership of the video, products, and other content you upload or broadcast through the Service. You grant TASA Live a licence to host, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the Service (including relaying your stream to platforms you've chosen to broadcast to).
7. Termination
You can stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the Service or other users at risk.
8. Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, including of any third-party platform we integrate with. To the extent permitted by law, TASA Live isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
