Selling Over WhatsApp: Reminders, Drops, and Follow-Up
WhatsApp isn't a live-streaming platform — it's where you promote your live before it starts and follow up with buyers after. TASALive treats it as a messaging channel, not a broadcast platform.
Before your live: the share link
Once you've scheduled a live event, TASALive generates a pre-filled WhatsApp message with your event details and join link. You pick the contact, group, community, or broadcast list and send it yourself — nothing is sent automatically on your behalf.
After your live: follow-up
TASALive automatically segments your live's customers into three groups once it ends: people who bought, people who clicked a product but didn't buy, and people who just watched. Each group gets its own follow-up message template, ready for you to send.
Consent matters
Only customers who have explicitly opted in to WhatsApp messages are ever included — TASALive checks this before every send, and unsolicited WhatsApp marketing risks getting your number banned by Meta. Always ask for opt-in when you collect a phone number.
